NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Columbus Board of
Aviation Commissioners
is requesting bids for the
Minimum Equipment
List (MEL) Installation
Package project for the
new ATCT at the Colum-
bus Municipal Airport,
Columbus, Indiana. Bids
will be received by the
Columbus Municipal Air-
port, at the Terminal
Building, Director's Of-
fice, until Tuesday, No-
vember 10, 2026, at 2:00
p.m. (local time). Bids
shall be addressed to
the attention of the City
of Columbus, Brian
Payne, 4770 Ray Boll
Blvd., Columbus, Indi-
ana, 47203, and will be
clearly marked " Mini-
mum Equipment List
(MEL) Installation Pack-
age. DO NOT OPEN".
Bids will be publicly
opened and read aloud
at 2:00 p.m. (local time)
in the Terminal Building,
lower level, in the order
they were received.
On Wednesday, Septem-
ber 30, 2026, the bidding
documents will be avail-
able at
www.questcdn.com -
Reference Quest Num-
ber 1022974.00. To be
considered a plan holder
for bids, register with

and download the bidd-
ing documents in digital
form at a cost of $22.00.
Downloading the docu-
ments and becoming a
plan holder is required,
as plan holders receive
automatic notice of ad-
denda and other bid up-

Bid Bond Guarantee will

of five (5) % of the total
amount of the bid, made
payable to the City of
Columbus.
