HEARING

The Columbus Board of
Zoning Appeals will hold
a public hearing on the
following petition(s):
BZA-26-41: Sitka Nursery
(Conditional Use) A re-
quest Wolf Creek Land-
scape Services, LLC for
conditional use approval
to allow a greenhouse/
plant nursery in the AP
(Agriculture: Preferred)
zoning district. The prop-
erty is located at 941
North 500 West, in Harri-
son Township.
The hearing(s) will occur
at the June 23, 2026
meeting, which begins at
6:30 p.m.
The meeting will be held in
the Council Chambers at
City Hall, 123 Washing-
ton Street, Columbus, In-
diana. Please visit

p.m. on the business day
prior to the meeting. The
petition(s) may be exam-
ined at the Planning De-
partment on the second
floor of City Hall; it is rec-
ommended that a time
be scheduled with the
Planning Department to
view petition materials.
The hearing on any peti-
tion may be continued to
a subsequent meeting
as necessary.
