NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN, that the Town of
Edinburgh (Owner) will
receive sealed bids for
the necessary labor, su-
pervision, material,
equipment, and delivery
for foundation and re-
maining civil work at its
project known as
Edinburgh Industrial
Park Substation
(Project) located at 250
West 900 North, Edin-
burgh, Indiana 46124.
Sealed bids will be re-
ceived at the office of the
Clerk-Treasurer, Town of
Edinburgh Administrative
Office, 107 South Hol-
land Street, Edinburgh,
Indiana 46124 until
10:00 a.m. Eastern Time
on Friday, April 03,
2026. The documents
will then be opened and
the Bid Price Summary
read aloud and thereaf-
ter taken under advise-
ment pending review of
each document.
Copies of the Advertise-
ment for Bids and In-
structions to Bidders
(this document); Plans
and Specifications; and
other Contract Docu-
ments for the work may
be obtained, at a nonre-
fundable cost of Fifty
Dollars ($50.00,) from
Engineer located at:

Technical and bid ques-
tions shall be submitted
in writing to Engineer.
Project consists of founda-
tion installation, ground-
ing grid installation, con-
duit & cable trench in-
stallation, spill contain-
ment installation & fence
installation for construct-
ing a new 69kV-12.5kV
wye distribution substa-
tion. Site preparation will
have already been com-
pleted and is excluded
from this contract.
A pre-bid meeting will be
held at the site on Thurs-
day, March 26 at 10:00
a.m. Eastern.
All construction activities
shall be furnished by
Bidder with target deliv-
ery by Monday, June 1,
2026. Owner reserves
the right to amend the
specifications and mod-
ify the delivery schedule
as necessary.
A kickoff meeting at the
site between Owner,
Successful Bidder, and
Engineer shall be sched-
uled after notification of
intent to award.
Bids shall conform to the
requirements stated in
the Advertisement for
Bids and Instructions to
Bidders. At Owners op-
tion, Successful Bidder
might be required to fur-
nish a performance bond
for 100% of the bid price.
Successful Bidder shall
furnish certificates of
insurance. Owner re-
serves the right to reject
any and all bids and to
waive minor irregularities
in bidding and bid speci-
fications.
