of School Trustees (the
"Board") of Edinburgh
Community School Cor-
poration (the "School
Corporation"), a Lease
Agreement (the "Lease")
between the School Cor-
poration and the Edin-
burgh Community
School Building Corpora-
tion (the "Building Cor-
poration") was executed
and entered into as of
August 18, 2025. The
Lease covers the site of
the proposed renovation
of a portion of Edinburgh
High School/Middle
School building in Edin-
burgh, Indiana. A copy of
the Lease is on file in the
Administration Building
of the School Corpora-
tion, 202 South Keeley
Street, Edinburgh, Indi-
ana, and is available for
inspection during normal
business hours.
