Notice is hereby given that
the Bartholomew County
Convention, Recreation
and Visitors Promotion
Commission invites qual-
ified applicants to submit
proposals for the man-
agement of funding for
projects, events, activi-
ties or endeavors to pro-
mote and encourage
conventions, visitors,
and tourism within Bar-
tholomew County, Indi-
ana, for 2026.

A "Qualified Applicant"
pursuant to I.C. 6-9-18-6
is limited to an Indiana
Not-for-Profit corpora-
tion. Any applicant sub-
mitting a proposal for
funding will be required
to submit with its appli-
cation, written verifica-
tion of its not-for-profit
status and that it is an
Indiana Corporation in
good standing with the
Indiana Secretary of
State.

A listing of the grant crite-
ria along with a Grant
Application is available
at the Bartholomew
County Auditor's Office,
440 3rd Street, Colum-
bus, Indiana, during
business hours Monday
thru Friday. In order to
be considered, com-
pleted applications must
be received by the Bar-
tholomew County Con-
vention, Recreation and
Visitors Promotion Com-
mission c/o the Bartholo-
mew County Auditor's
Office at 440 3rd Street,
Columbus, Indiana no
later than 5:00 PM (local
time) on Tuesday, June
3rd, 2025.
