Appeals will hold a pub-
lic hearing on the follow-
ing petition(s):
EBCCU-2025-001: Cus-
tom Concrete A re-
quest by Custom Con-
crete for conditional use
approval for a contrac-
tors office in the CR
(Commercial: Regional)
zoning district per Zon-
ing Ordinance Section
3.21(B). The property is
located at 12999 North
US Highway 31, in Ger-
man Township.
The hearing(s) will occur
at the November 3, 2025
meeting, which begins at
4:00 p.m.
The meeting will be held in
Council Chambers at
City Hall, 123 Washing-
ton Street, Columbus, In-
diana. The meeting loca-
tion is wheelchair acces-
sible. Please contact the

Anyone is welcome to
voice an opinion during
the hearing(s) and/or file
written comments con-
cerning the petition(s)
with the Planning De-
partment prior to the
meeting. Written com-
ments must be received
by no later than 5:00
p.m. on the business day
prior to the meeting. The
petition(s) may be exam-
ined at the Planning De-
partment on the second
floor of City Hall; it is rec-
ommended that a time
be scheduled with the
Planning Department to
view petition materials.
The hearing on any peti-
tion may be continued to
a subsequent meeting
as necessary.
