The Bartholomew County
Board of Zoning Appeals
will hold a public hearing
on the following
petition(s):
BZA-26-45: Bob Morrison
(Development Standards
Variance) A request by
Bob Morrison for a de-
velopment standards
variance from Zoning Or-
dinance Section 7.3(Part
1)(C)(3)(a)(i) to allow an
entrance to a residential
use on a collector road
(Legal Tender Rd.) to be
120 feet, 80 feet less
than the required 200
feet, from the centerline
of the nearest existing
driveway. The property
is located at 13205 East
Legal Tender Road, in
Rockcreek Township.
The hearing(s) will occur
at the June 22, 2026
meeting, which begins at
7:00 p.m.
The meeting will be held in
the Council Chambers at
City Hall, 123 Washing-
ton Street, Columbus, In-

petition(s) may be exam-
ined at the Planning De-
partment on the second
floor of City Hall; it is rec-
ommended that a time
be scheduled with the
Planning Department to
view petition materials.
The hearing on any peti-
tion may be continued to
a subsequent meeting
as necessary.
