NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Bartholomew County
Commissioners will re-
ceive sealed bids until
the hour of 10:00 a.m.
E.S.T. on January 12,
2026 in The Commis-
sioners' Office, Govern-
mental Office Building,
440 Third Street, Colum-
bus, Indiana, to pur-
chase the following:
1. Pricing for 2026 or
newer Chevrolet Sil-
verado PPV (Police Pur-
suit Vehicle), 5.3L. V8,
4WD, and pricing for
2026 or newer Chevrolet
Tahoe PPV (Police Pur-
suit Vehicle), 5.3L. V8,
4WD, as per specifica-
tions, with the option to
purchase up to five (5)
total vehicles at the pro-
vided price (s).
Specification for the 2026
or newer vehicles listed
above may be obtained
from the Bartholomew
County Sheriff's Depart-
ment.
Bids shall be submitted on
forms prescribed by the
Bartholomew County
Commissioners, which
may be obtained, from
the Commissioner's Of-
fice. Each bid item shall
be marked to correspond
with this legal notice and
shall be submitted sepa-
rately. Each bid shall be
accompanied by
non-collusion specifica-
tions, which are now on
file in the Commission-
ers' office and are made
a part thereof by refer-
ence thereto. The Board
of County Commission-
ers reserves the right to
reject any and all bids, or
any part of said bid.
