Pursuant to 24CFR Part
91, et al., Consolidated
Submission-Annual Ac-
tion Plan for the Commu-
nity Planning and Devel-
opment Programs, each
jurisdiction must submit
an Action Plan to U.S.
Department of Housing
and Urban Development
(HUD) at least 45 days
before the start of its
program year and a
complete update of the
Consolidated Plan every
five years as a prerequi-
site to receiving funds
under the formula grant
programs listed below:

Community Development
Block Grant Program,
Program Year 2026 allo-
cation (September 2026
August 2027) -
$314,124: Provides
funds for public facilities
and infrastructure, neigh-
borhood revitalization
and affordable housing
programs, i.e. construc-
tion or reconstruction of
infrastructure, rehabilita-
tion of public facilities,
housing rehabilitation,
fair housing activities,
planning, and required
program administration
and technical assis-
tance. At least 70 % of
the funds must directly
benefit persons whose
income does not exceed
80 percent of the median
income.
TOTAL FUNDS TO BE
ALLOCATED - $314,124
