Plan Commission will
hold a public hearing on
the following petition(s):
SUB-26-7: McCord Minor
Subdivision, 2nd Replat -
A request by Matt
McCord to create two
new lots for a total of 6
lots and a parent tract
remainder. The subject
property is located at
12650 West Becks
Grove Road, in Ohio
Township.
SUB-26-15: Troy & Dinah
Staggs Minor Subdivi-
sion - A request by Troy
Staggs to create 7 new
lots out of an existing
2.9-acre tract. The sub-
ject property is located at
6161 North Taylor
Street, in the Town of
Hartsville.
SUB-26-18: NorthPointe
Major Subdivision Pre-
liminary Plat - A request
by Force Holdings LLC
for preliminary plat ap-
proval to create 28 new
lots measuring over +/-
86 acres. This project
also includes 4 modifica-
tions. The subject prop-
erty is located generally
at the southwest corner
of the intersection of US
31 and I-65, in German
Township.
The hearing(s) will occur
at the April 8, 2026
meeting, which begins at
8:30 a.m.
The meeting will be held in
the Council Chambers at
City Hall, 123 Washing-
ton Street, Columbus, In-
diana. Please visit

meeting. Written com-
ments must be received
by no later than 5:00
p.m. on the business day
prior to the meeting. The
petition(s) may be exam-
ined at the Planning De-
partment on the second
floor of City Hall; it is rec-
ommended that a time
be scheduled with the
Planning Department to
view petition materials.
The hearing on any peti-
tion may be continued to
a subsequent meeting
as necessary.
