Servicing, the
above-named Plaintiff,
by its attorney, Stepha-
nie A. Reinhart, has filed
in the office of the Clerk
of the Bartholomew Cir-
cuit Court its Complaint
against Defendant Derek
P. Hall, and the said
Plaintiff having also filed
in said Clerks office the
affidavit of a competent
person showing that the
residence and wherea-
bouts of the Defendant,
Derek P. Hall, upon dili-
gent inquiry is unknown,
and that said cause of
action is for default on
the promissory note and
to foreclose a mortgage
on the following de-
scribed real estate in

State of Indiana, to wit:

feet to a 7/8" iron pin
found in a County Road;
thence North 89-23'-54"
East along said County
Road 900.24 feet to an
iron pin set and the point
of beginning; thence
continuing North
89-23'-54" East along
said road 396.00 feet to
an iron pin set; thence
South 00-03'-54" East
along an existing fence
330.00 feet to an iron pin
set; thence South
89-23'-54" West a dis-
tance of 396.00 feet to
an iron pin set; thence
North 00-03'-54" West
along an existing fence
330.00 feet to the point
of beginning, containing
3.00 acres, more or less.
commonly known as 7211
West Georgetown Road,
Columbus, IN 47201.
NOW, THEREFORE, said
Defendant is hereby no-
tified of the filing and
pendency of said Com-
plaint against them and
that unless they appear
and answer or otherwise
defend thereto within
thirty (30) days after the
last notice of this action
is published, judgment
by default may be en-
tered against said De-
fendant for the relief de-
manded in the Com-
plaint.
