HEARING - RECOM-
MENDATION OF A
PUBLIC-PRIVATE
AGREEMENT

Notice is hereby given that
the Columbus City Utili-
ties, Columbus, Indiana,
whose address is 1111
McClure Road, Colum-
bus, Indiana ("Utilities
Office"), phone number
812-372-8861, will con-
duct a public hearing in
accordance with Indiana
Code 5-23-1, on Janu-
ary 15, 2026, at 11:30
AM local time at the Utili-
ties Office, on a recom-
mendation to award a
public-private agreement
to Bowen Engineering
Corporation, to provide
for the development,
construction, operation,
and/or transfer of Water
Infrastructure Improve-
ments (the "Project").
Any member of the pub-
lic wishing to address
the Board on the matter
will be welcome to do so
at such hearing. The
proposals and an expla-
nation of the basis upon
which the recommenda-
tion is being made are
available for public in-
spection and copying at
the Utilities Office during
regular business hours.
