Department (123 Wash-
ington Street, Columbus,
IN, 47201) is submitting
a Notice of Intent to the
Indiana Department of
Environmental Manage-
ment of our intent to
comply with the require-
ments of 327 IAC 15-5 to
discharge stormwater
from construction activi-
ties associated with Co-
lumbus Riverfront Rede-
velopment - East Bank
Improvements project lo-
cated at east bank of
East Fork White River
area between the 2nd
and 3rd Street bridges.
Stormwater runoff from
the project will discharge
to the adjoining east
bank, which eventually
discharges to the East
Fork White River. Ques-
