FILING FOR A CHANGE
OF SEWER RATES BY
Driftwood Utilities Inc.

Notice is hereby given that
on September 10, 2026,
Driftwood Utilities, Inc.,
in Taylorsville, Indiana,
under and pursuant to
the Public Service Com-
mission Act, as
amended, has filed with
the Indiana Utility Regu-
latory Commission an in-
crease in the schedule of
rates for sewage dis-
posal services sold by its
sewer utility in the
amount of $4.89 per
1,000 gallons. The rate
change shall apply for
the next practical treat-
ment period following fi-
nal approval by the
Commission in accord-
ance with Ind. Code
8-1-2-42. This is a
wholesale wastewater
cost tracker that is appli-
cable to all class of cus-
tomers. Objections can

tary of the Commission:
