will hold a public hearing
on the 5th day of August
2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the
Town Hall at 107 S. Hol-
land Street, Edinburgh,
Indiana, to consider a
petition by Chris & Re-
becca Wheeler, case
number ZBA 2026-06V,
for consideration of a re-
quest to allow:
A variance from develop-
ment standards to permit
a 10' x 14' open-air
wooden pergola struc-
ture to be erected di-
rectly over an existing
concrete patio footprint
within the required
setback.
On premises located at:
Lot 7 in Perry & Colliers
Addition; Commonly
known as 303 S. Walnut
St., Edinburgh, IN 46124
Written suggestions or ob-
jections to provisions of
said request may be filed
with the Secretary of the
Board, at or before such
meetings and will be
heard by the Board at
the time and place speci-
fied. Hearings may be
continued from time to
time as may be neces-
sary.

bally, will be given the
opportunity to be heard
