D. Erdmann was ap-
pointed as the personal
representative and au-
thorized to administer
the estate without court
supervision.
All persons having claims

must file the same in the
office of the clerk of the
Bartholomew Superior
Court No. 1 within three
(3) months from the date
of publication, nine (9)

death.
