NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Bartholomew Consoli-
dated School Corpora-
tion (BCSC) is accepting
sealed bids for Filter
Change and HVAC Unit
Preventative Mainte-
nance and Cleaning Ser-
vices for BCSC facilities
from June 15th, 2026
through July 15th, 2029.
Scope of work includes,
but is not limited to:
Scheduled replacement of
approximately 3,050
HVAC filters
Preventative maintenance
and cleaning of approx-
imately 1,150 HVAC
units
Quarterly reporting of
completed work
Coordination of HVAC
maintenance schedules
during renovation proj-
ects
Filter replacement sched-
ules include 90-day,
30-day, and 15-day serv-
ice intervals depending
on facility requirements.
The successful contractor
shall be responsible for
coordinating filter orders
and delivery, maintaining
accurate service rec-
ords, and communicat-
ing with the BCSC En-
ergy Manager regarding
renovation-related HVAC
changes and accessibil-
ity issues.
The contract will be
awarded to the lowest
and most responsible
bidder based on pricing,
references, and past
performance.

Sealed bids may be sub-
mitted via email to

BCSC Operations Cen-
ter no later than June
1st, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
