NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN, that the Town of
Edinburgh (Owner) will
receive sealed bids for
the necessary labor, su-
pervision, material,
equipment, and delivery
for eight (8) 15kV circuit
breakers (Circuit
Breaker,) plus optional
one (1) spare Circuit
Breaker, to be installed
at its project known as
Edinburgh Industrial
Park Substation
(Project) at 250 West
900 North, Edinburgh,
Indiana 46124.
Sealed bids will be re-
ceived at the office of
Clerk-Treasurer, Town of
Edinburgh Administrative
Office, 107 South Hol-
land Street, Edinburgh,
Indiana 46124 until
10:00 a.m. Eastern on
Friday, June 26, 2026.
The documents will then
be opened and read
aloud and thereafter
taken under advisement
pending review of each
document.
Copies of the Instructions
to Bidders, Plans and
Specifications and Con-
tract Documents for the
work may be obtained,
at a non-refundable cost
of Fifty Dollars ($50.00),
from the Engineer lo-
cated at:
Alpha Engineering, Inc.

Indianapolis, Indiana

Project consists of con-
structing a new 69kV
delta -12.5kV wye distri-
bution substation.
All circuit breaker equip-
ment shall be furnished
by Bidder.
All circuit breaker equip-
ment is requested to be
delivered by October 1,
2026. Owner reserves
the right to amend the
specifications and mod-
ify the delivery schedule
as necessary.
A pre-bid meeting is not
scheduled for this bid
event.
Bids shall conform to the
requirements stated in
the Instructions to Bid-
ders. Bids shall include a
completed Indiana State
Form 96 accompanied
by a certified check or
bid bond of not less than
ten percent (10%) of the
maximum total amount
of the base bid. Suc-
cessful Bidder shall be
required to furnish a con-
tractors bond for 100%
of the proposal price and
furnish a Certificate of
Insurance. Owner re-
serves the right to reject
any and all bids and to
waive minor irregularities
in bidding and bid speci-
fications.
