NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN, that the Town of
Edinburgh (Owner) will
receive sealed bids for
the necessary labor, su-
pervision, material,
equipment, and delivery
for one (1) control build-
ing (Control Building,)
plus optional equipment
to be installed at its proj-
ect known as "Edinburgh
Industrial Park Substa-
tion" (Project) at 250
West 900 North, Edin-
burgh, Indiana 46124.
Sealed bids will be re-
ceived at the office of the
Clerk Treasurer, Town of
Edinburgh Administrative
Office, 107 South Hol-
land Street, Edinburgh,
Indiana 46124 until
10:00 a.m. Eastern Time
on Friday, June 26,
2026. The documents
will then be opened and
the Bid Price Summary
read aloud and thereaf-
ter taken under advise-
ment pending review of
each document.
Copies of the Advertise-
ment for Bids and In-
structions to Bidders
(this document); Plans
and Specifications; and
other Contract Docu-
ments for the work may
be obtained, at a
non-refundable cost of
Fifty Dollars ($50.00,)
from Engineer located

Technical and bid ques-
tions shall be submitted
in writing to Engineer un-
til close of business on
Friday, June 19, 2026.
Project consists of con-
structing a new
69kV-12.5kV wye distri-
bution substation.
Control building and asso-
ciated equipment shall
be furnished by Bidder
with target delivery by
Monday, March 01,
2027. Owner reserves
the right to amend the
specifications and mod-
ify the delivery schedule
as necessary.
A kickoff meeting between
Owner, Successful Bid-
der, and Engineer shall
be scheduled after notifi-
cation of intent to award.
Bids shall conform to the
requirements stated in
the Advertisement for
Bids and Instructions to
Bidders. At Owner's op-
tion, Successful Bidder
might be required to fur-
nish a performance bond
for 100% of the bid price.
Successful Bidder shall
furnish certificates of
insurance. Owner re-
serves the right to reject
any and all bids and to
waive minor irregularities
in bidding and bid speci-
fications.
