will hold a public hearing
on the 6th day of May
2026, at 6:00p.m. in the
Town Hall at 107 S. Hol-
land Street, Edinburgh,
Indiana, to consider a
petition by Amalia

BZA 2026-05V, for con-
sideration of a request to
allow:
The installation of an LED
sign to communicate
Mass schedules and
other church related ac-
tivities to invite the com-
munity to participate.
On premises located at:
A part of the Southwest
quarter of Section 34,

Second Principal Merid-
ian in Edinburgh, John-
son County, Indiana, de-
scribed as follows:
Beginning at a point that is
North 90 degrees, 00
minutes East (assumed
bearing) a distance of
102.04 feet from the
Northwest corner of said
quarter section; thence
continuing on and along
said North line a dis-
tance of 163.52 feet to a
point that Is on an exten-
sion to the North of the
West line of lot No. 538
in Keely and Thompson
Addition to the Town of
Edinburgh, Indiana;
thence South 00 de-
grees 16 minutes 20
seconds West on and
along last said extension
and the West line of said
lot No. 538 a distance of
99.00 feet; thence North

0.37 acre, more or less,
subject to all legal

running South (50) Fifty

meetings and will be
heard by the Board at

fied. Hearings may be

bally, will be given the
opportunity to be heard
at the above mentioned
