NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that
the Town of Edinburgh
will receive sealed bids
at the Edinburgh Town
Hall, 107 South Holland
Street, Edinburgh, IN
46124-0065 on or before
4:30 PM, Monday, April
13,2026 for the following
services: milling; asphalt
materials and installa-
tion; curb ramps. The
bids will be opened and
total costs read aloud on
April 13, 2026, at
4:30pm in Town of Edin-
burgh Council Cham-
bers. The bids will then
be taken under advise-
ment pending review of
each bid submittal.

obtain copies of specifi-
cations by contacting

Payments and costs of
Contract Documents are
non-refundable.

forwarded by mail or de-
livered in person, ad-
dressed to the Town of
Edinburgh, Attn: Mary
Patterson, P.O. Box 65,
Edinburgh, Indiana,
46124-0065.
Bids received after 4:30
PM on the 13th day of
April, 2026 will be re-
turned unopened. Each
bid must be enclosed in
a sealed envelope bear-
ing the name and ad-
dress of the bidder. Bids
shall be submitted on
General form 96 as ap-
proved by the Indiana
State Board of Accounts
along with a bid bond ex-
ecuted by the bidder and
a surety company, or a
certified check payable
to the Town of Edin-
burgh in the amount of
five percent (5%) of the
total maximum bid shall
be submitted with the
bid. The Edinburgh
Town Council reserves
the right to accept or re-
ject any bid or any part
thereof.
