will hold a public hearing
on the First (Ist) day of
April 2026, at 6:00p.m. in
the Town Hall at 107 S.
Holland Street. Edin-
burgh. Indiana, to con-
sider a petition by Gary
Waters, case number
BZA 2026-03V, for con-
sideration of a request to
allow:
The construction of a 24 ft
x 52 ft x 14 ft accessory
barn to store equipment,
vehicles, watercraft and
allow for functional
workspace.

Lot 5: Commonly known
as 6387 E Orchard Dr.,
Edinburgh. IN 46124
Written suggestions or ob-
jections to provisions of
said request may be filed
with the Secretary of the
Board, at or before such
meetings and will be
heard by the Board at
the time and place speci-
fied. Hearings may be
continued from time to
time as may be neces-
sary.
Interested persons desir-
ing to present their views
upon the said request,
either in writing or ver-
bally, will be given the
opportunity to be heard
