The Columbus Plan Com-
mission will hold a public
hearing on the following
petition(s):
PC-26-3: Volunteers of
America Rezoning A
request by Volunteers of
America to rezone 0.61
acres from PUD
(Planned Unit Develop-
ment) to RM
(Residential:
Multi-Family). The prop-
erty is located at the
southwest corner of the
intersection of 14th
Street and Hutchins Ave-
nue, in the City of Co-
lumbus.
PC-26-4: 10th & Lafayette
Rezoning A proposal
by the Planning Depart-
ment to rezone +/-1.16
acres from CN
(Commercial: Neighbor-
hood) to RE
(Residential: Estab-
lished). The properties
are generally located
along Lafayette Avenue,
between 10th & 11th
Streets, along 10th
Street between Lafayette
Avenue and Pearl
Street, and along Pearl
Street between 9th and
10th Streets., in the City
of Columbus.
The hearing(s) will occur
at the March 11, 2026
meeting, which begins at
4:00 p.m.
The meeting will be held in
the Council Chambers at
City Hall, 123 Washing-
ton Street, Columbus, In-

meeting. Written com-
ments must be received
by no later than 5:00
p.m. on the business day
prior to the meeting. The
petition(s) may be exam-
ined at the Planning De-
partment on the second
floor of City Hall; it is rec-
ommended that a time
be scheduled with the
Planning Department to
view petition materials.
The hearing on any peti-
tion may be continued to
a subsequent meeting
as necessary.
