Notice is hereby given that
on February 23, 2026,
the Edinburgh Town
Council adopted Ordi-
nance 2026-3 AN ORDI-
NANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE 2025-15
AND ANNEXING OF
REAL ESTATE AT 7995
SOUTH U.S. 31 EDIN-
BURGH, INDIANA PUR-
SUANT TO INDIANA
CODE 36-4-3-5.1
(JOHNSON COUNTY).
The ordinance, pursuant
to I.C. 36-4-3-5.1, ex-
tends the corporate
boundaries of the Town
of Edinburgh to include
the following property lo-
cated in Johnson County
commonly known as
7995 South U.S. 31 Ed-
inburgh, Indiana, legally
described as follows:
Lots numbered 35 and 41
of the Plat of Heckman
Village, Recorded in Plat
Book 3, Page 54, in the
office of the recorder of
Johnson County, Indi-
ana, as recorded in doc-
uments numbered
2013-004477 and
2013-004479 in the Of-
fice of the Recorder of
Johnson County, Indi-
ana.
